The Personnel Advisory Board was established in Article IV of the Fairborn City Charter and amended by Ordinance No. 19-77, and Resolution Nos. 38-77 and 1-81.

MEMBERS

This board consists of three members appointed by Council for terms of three years from among qualified electors of the City.

PURPOSE

The Personnel Advisory Board acts as an advisory source in upholding principles of merit and fitness for personnel actions, reviews proposals affecting positions within classified services, and hear employee grievances in accordance with Personnel Rules and Regulations and Union Bargaining Agreements.

MEETING TIME & LOCATION

This board meets on an "as needed" basis in the Mayor's Conference Room in the Government Center.
