Personnel Advisory Board We are blessed with dedicated, professional citizens willing to share their time and talents for the betterment of our community.
Mission
The Board acts as an advisory source in upholding principles of merit and fitness for personnel actions, reviews proposals affecting positions within classified services, and hears employee grievances in accordance with Personnel Rules and Regulations and Union Bargaining Agreements.

Three citizens are appointed for three-year terms.
