Neighborhood Betterment Council

The Neighborhood Betterment Council was established by Resolution No.123-92.

MEMBERS

This Council consists of eight citizen members, five of which are appointed by Council, and three are appointed by the five members of this group. All members are appointed for three-year terms.

PURPOSE

The Neighborhood Betterment Council helps to identify and coordinate efforts to address the needs of the City's low-and-moderate income population. They are responsible for reviewing and making recommendations regarding loan applications and annual Action Plans, and providing input for the City's 5-Year Consolidated Plan.

MEETING TIME & LOCATION

The Council meets the third Monday of every month at 4:15 p.m. in the Fairborn Government Center Engineering Conference Room.
