The Audit Committee was established by Resolution No. 27-98.

MEMBERS

This committee is comprised of the Mayor or City Council member designee, the City Manager, the Finance Director, and two citizens approved by Council.

PURPOSE

The Audit Committee oversees the independent audit of the City's financial statements. The committee is advisory in nature.

MEETING TIME & LOCATION

This meets once a year at the Fairborn Government Center.
