Special Annual Events in Fairborn
The Fairborn Parks and Recreation works with a number of community agencies to create dynamic and family-friendly parades and festivals that make Fairborn a place to call home.
July 3rd Block Party and 4th of July Parade
Fairborn is the place to be for celebrating our nation's independence. We kick it off on July 3rd at 4:00 pm with a block party on Main Street that has various food, craft, and game vendors and lasts until 10 pm. Then on July 4th at 10 am, we hold our annual parade that comes up from Central Avenue to Main Street featuring a large number of civic groups and community floats. This is a fun event for the entire family.
